Shipping & Returns Shipping: Brooks Shoes for Kids.com orders can be shipped to continental United States only. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. For returns: Brooks Shoes for Kids.com will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through Brooks Shoes for Kids.com and that meet the following conditions: 1) Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE(INVOICE DATE). Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Brooks Shoes for Kids.com reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. 2) Return merchandise should be packed in its original packaging (both inside the box and outside shipping package, if in suitable condition) with a copty of the original invoice and returned to the address on the order invoice. 3) We highly recommend return merchandise be shipped through UPS who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. We cannot be responsive to your request without your return in hand. A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s).
